2. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all contracts between Inner Composition® (“Provider”) and consumers (“Users”) concerning access to digital music streaming content as part of subscription memberships.
Business customers (B2B) are currently excluded.

 

3. Subject of the Agreement

Inner Composition® provides users with access to healing, relaxing and artistically composed music (“Soundscapes”) on various wellness and lifestyle topics.
The content is offered exclusively via streaming. Downloading or resale is not permitted.

 

4. Prices and Payment Terms

All prices are stated in Euro (EUR) including applicable VAT.
Payments may be made via PayPal or credit card.

• Monthly Subscription: Duration 1 month, automatically renewed unless cancelled 24 hours before expiration.

• Annual Subscription: Duration 12 months, automatically renewed unless cancelled 14 days before expiration.

• Trial Period: Each user may test the service for 3 days free of charge. If not cancelled within this period, the subscription automatically renews at the chosen rate.

 

5. Term and Termination

The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled in due time.
Cancellations can be made at any time via the user account or by email to inner.composition65@gmail.com.
After termination, access to all content ends.

 

6. Digital Content and Usage Rights

The provided music may only be streamed and must not be downloaded, copied, or distributed.
Private use is permitted, as well as use in group meditations, wellness treatments, or other non-commercial wellness services.
Any commercial use (e.g., in films, advertisements, or public performances) requires prior written consent.

 

7. Disclaimer & Health Notice

All content is designed for relaxation, mindfulness, and general wellness purposes only.
It does not constitute medical treatment or therapy, nor does it replace any medical diagnosis or professional healthcare.
Inner Composition® accepts no liability for any physical or psychological effects arising from the use of the music.

 

8. Right of Withdrawal

As the services involve digital streaming, the right of withdrawal expires once the user has begun using the service and has consented to early access in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

• For monthly subscriptions, there is no right of withdrawal, as they can be cancelled at any time before renewal.

• For annual subscriptions, users have a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of contract conclusion.

Withdrawal requests must be submitted by email to inner.composition65@gmail.com.

 

9. Data Protection

Inner Composition® processes personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The website is operated via Wix.com Ltd., acting as a data processor.

10. Final Provisions

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the European Union, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
If any provision is or becomes invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
