Your 7-Day Sleep Reset

Bring your nervous system back into rest mode

Welcome to your 7-Day Sleep Reset.

Over the next few days, this is not about “sleeping better.”
It is about bringing your nervous system back into a state
where sleep can arise naturally again.

Each day includes two audio sessions:

  • Daytime: to support regulation and relieve your nervous system

  • Evening: to prepare your system specifically for deep, restorative sleep

 

Take 10 minutes twice a day with intention.
Choose a quiet moment and listen to the sessions with as little distraction as possible. We recommend using headphones, as the music also contains binaural beats. If that feels uncomfortable in bed at night, that is completely fine too.
